In the January/February issue of the monthly journal of agriculture of Regione Emilia-Romagna, an article about Bio2 has been published.
The article, which deals with the objectives, partners, first results and next steps of the project, is part of a focus on ancient grains.
The focus presents the agronomic characteristics of ancient wheats, the projects in Emilia-Romagna aimed at their recovery, conservation and valorization, the marketing rules. Interviews with nutritionists, agronomists and young researchers are reported.
