Roberto Ranieri will participate as invited speaker at the Conference “Un gusto ripieno di storia e ripieno di salute, la pasta ripiena in Emilia Romagna” that will be held in Bologna next 9th of April. Roberto will report about the fluor and semolina use in filled pasta.
