The conference &#8211; titled &#8216;A World of Cereals &#8211; Potential and Challenges&#8217;; took place from the 12th to 14th of June 2013. As well as highlighting present state of the art technological advancements, the future challenges of Italian research were discussed. The participants, more than 110, were experts in the cereals sector, researchers and manufacturers of equipment and scientific instruments in the field of cereal quality. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.aistec.it\/dati\/Programma%209%C2%B0%20Convegno%20AISTEC.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Click here to view the conference program.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>As a conference participant and project partner in the EU (FP7 funded) &#8220;HeathBread project, Open Fields took this opportunity to presented a poster outlining the aims and objectives of the HealthBread.
