In the n. 5/2018 issue of Ecoscienza, the bimonthly journal of Arpae – Regional Agency for Prevention, Environment and Energy of Emilia-Romagna, an article about the Bio2 Project and the evolutionary populations of wheat has been published.
The article highlights the importance of heritage varieties of wheat and evolutionary populations as opportunities for the valorization of organic and quality products of high hill and mountain farms and presents our project Bio2 (Italian only).
