The “Fiber hemp industrial chain for the production of functional food and animal feed additives- Caterpillar” Project coordinated by Open Fields is part of the SHARE: Sustainability, Health and Agriculture project.
With the SHARE project, the Emilia-Romagna Region presents itself as an international scientific and technological research centre: in the “From Farm to Fork” virtual itinerary, the immersive videos present a series of case-studies focused on the agri-food production chain to outline the possibility of a sustainable development based on circular economy principles, the reduction of waste, and the application of new technologies to protect consumer health.
The project has been recently presented at Expo Dubai 2021!
