The National Union of Grain Producers and partner companies from Russia and from abroad start holding ProAgroTalk annual international agrarian business forums today, 19th February 2021.
The first forum “A new technological paradigm in agriculture. Experience of Italy and Russia” is supported by the governments of Russia and Italy, the Federation Council and the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, the authorities of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation and public organizations.
The Union has been providing a two-way transfer of advanced technologies between Russian and foreign companies in the agricultural sector for more than ten years. Therefore, such an urgent issue for the future of the country’s agricultural industry as the introduction of elements of “Agriculture 4.0” in the Russian agro-industrial complex is chosen as the topic of the current forum.
Among the speakers of session 1 “AGRICULTURE 4.0. AGRO-INDUSTRIAL COMPLEX DIGITALIZATION”, Open Fields with Roberto Ranieri, who presented the Treetalker technology for the “Monitoring of crops with digital tools“.
