An interesting seminar will be held in Sant’Angelo Lodigiano on October 12, 2012 on the relevance of the wheat species as food source for human beings. The event is organized by the Museo Lombardo di Storia dell’Agricoltura. Open Fields has been invited to present on: “The emerging needs of the wheat processors”.
