Isabella Maglietti Smith completed the Master in Food Identity!

On September 12th Isabella Maglietti Smith has successfully completed the Master in Food Identity discussing the thesis “Ancient Grains from fields to market: development of a communication and marketing strategy” under the direction of Mr. Roberto Ranieri, Open Fields, and Mr. Gabriele Canali, Prof. Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Piacenza. The thesis has been written during a period of six months which Isabella spent in Open Fields in collaboration with Molino Grassi.
